okoak's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okoak account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okoak makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
okoak reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, okoak may forfeit any remaining balance in your account in accordance with applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting okoak customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact okoak's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. okoak will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
okoak reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okoak will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
